The advantages of the training
This project is integrated into a regulatory framework of obligation of training in apnea for people holding a Certificate of Aptitude to Hyperbarics. Order of May 14, 2019 defining the procedures of access, stay, exit and organization of work for interventions in hyperbaric environment performed with immersion within the framework of the mention B "techniques, sciences, fishing, aquaculture, media and other interventions".
2 possible training sessions:
- Every Friday and Saturday from January to May
or
- Full time from mid-April to mid-June
Objectives
To develop the ability to evolve in the underwater zone between 0 and -12 meters to carry out exploration and/or operational activities in safety (surface and underwater)
Know-how and skills
To know how to update the regulatory and technical framework of the activity - monitoring system
To know the essential elements in biology and physiology specific to freediving
To know the nutritional bases for a diet adapted to the activity
To know the possible incidents/accidents and to implement the adapted rescue protocol
To be able to prepare oneself physically and mentally to practice
To be able to carry out a professional freediving task in safety
To be able to use the tools in accordance with the protocols predefined by the freedivers and their collaborators
To be able to collect, to structure information and data for the mission and for safety
To be able to analyze a context, to organize a mission/camp, to define and implement protocols and means

Professional freediving (techniques and practices)
Physical and mental preparation
Techniques and uses of geomatics
Specific techniques and uses of underwater photography and video
Definition and applications of strategies and work protocols
Training methods: courses, preparation exercises, work situations with means at sea

Target audience
To hold the Hyperbaric Aptitude Certificate mention B (techniques, sciences, fishing, aquaculture, media and other interventions) class 0;
A medical opinion of aptitude delivered by a hyperbaric doctor.
Tuition fees
Training fees : 3 200 €.
