Objectives
The Medical Imaging Facilities Management Certificate program has multiple objectives:
- To train and develop managerial staff in the field of medical imaging
- Train them in organizational and financial constraints, as well as economic, legal, social, and managerial aspects.
- To initiate a collective discussion on the management of radiology departments, encourage dialogue among participants, reflect on current practices, and identify organizational, technical, and financial challenges
