Overview
The Diploma in Medical Laboratory Management provides managers responsible for running medical testing laboratories with training and tools tailored to their roles and fields of activity.
Objectives
The objectives of the Diploma in Medical Laboratory Management are to:
- Train managers at medical testing laboratories so they can adapt to economic, legal, social, and organizational constraints
- To reflect together on the management of clinical laboratories by fostering discussion among participants, to initiate a collective discussion on practices, and to identify strategic organizational, technical, and financial challenges
