The DE in Medical Biology Laboratory Management offers managers responsible for the management of medical analysis laboratories training and tools tailored to their role and field of activity.
Objectives
The objectives of the DE in Medical Biology Laboratory Management are:
- Train managers of medical testing laboratories so that they can adapt to economic, legal, social, and organizational constraints.
- Reflect together on the management of medical biology laboratories by promoting exchanges between participants, launch a collective reflection on practices, and identify strategic organizational, technical, and financial challenges.
