The Embedded Systems (SE) specialization provides apprenticeship training for engineers (bac+5) capable of managing industrial projects in the fields of electronics and industrial computing for embedded systems.
Objectives
APPRENTICESHIP TRAINING
50% at school and 50% on the job, with an average two-week work-study period over the three years.

Know-how and skills
On graduating, the SE student-engineer :
- Has acquired a solid scientific foundation in the fields of physics, electronics, automation and industrial computing;
- Has a good knowledge of the technologies specific to today's embedded systems, both hardware and software, and masters the associated design tools (CAD);
- Is capable of managing the technical, human and economic aspects of a project or activity in the field of embedded systems;
- Is attentive to issues of sustainability, recycling and eco-design.
He is qualified to perform the following functions:

Special features
SCHEDULE
- Start date: early October.
- Length of training: 3 years.
- 71 weeks at school + 85 weeks on the job (including paid vacations).
- Alternating school and company :
23 weeks / 24 weeks in1st year
24 weeks / 23 weeks in2nd year
23 weeks / 24 weeks in3rd year
Open on a sandwich basis

BUSINESS UNITS
On-the-job training is the responsibility of an industrial tutor, the apprentice master, and monitored by an educational tutor, the teacher. It is organized around five vocational units:

Admission
Access conditions
- Be over the age limit when signing an apprenticeship contract (according to current regulations).
- Hold a Bac+2 (L2, DUT, BTS, CPGE, PeiP...) in science and technology.
- To be eligible for the competition, you must submit a portfolio and attend an interview.
- Have signed an apprenticeship contract.
Apprentices are paid between 41% and 78% of the minimum wage.
