Presentation
The Microelectronics and Automation (MEA) specialization trains multi-skilled engineers (bac+5) with recognized skills in electronics and microelectronics, automation and robotics, computer engineering and industrial computing.
Know-how and skills
On graduating, the MEA :
- Has acquired a solid scientific foundation in the fields of physics, electronics, automation and industrial computing;
- Has a good knowledge of the technologies specific to today's embedded systems, both hardware and software, and masters the associated design tools (CAD);
- Has acquired a specialization in the field of integrated circuit design or robotics;
- Is capable of managing the technical, human and economic aspects of a project or activity in the fields of electronic and automatic systems;
- Is attentive to issues of sustainability, recycling and eco-design.
He is qualified to perform the following functions:

Engineering students complete several compulsory internships in companies or research laboratories:
- 1 to 3-month internship at the end of3rd year;
- 1 to 3-month internship at the end of4th year;
- 5-6 month internship at the end of5th year.
In5th year, they carry out an industrial end-of-studies project (300 hours) that places them in a professional situation and enables them to develop their autonomy.
