Objectives

The Sustainable Agriculture and Food Systems in the South (SAADS) training program aims to train high-level executives capable of putting their multidisciplinary, practical and theoretical skills at the service of multiple stakeholders (farms, professional organizations, agribusinesses, local communities, NGOs, etc.) in order to optimize the production and processing of agricultural and food products in tropical and Mediterranean areas while promoting sustainable management of resources from an environmental and societal perspective.

Designed over three years (Bachelor of Science 3, Master of Science 1 and 2), the training identifies and targets two main types of professional situations, distinct but complementary, in agricultural enterprises on the one hand and in agri-food processing enterprises on the other.

The training allows us to train engineers who are quickly operational in the field.
