Overview
The first cycle of pharmaceutical studies begins with the Specific Health Sciences Preparatory Program (PASS) or a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences (LAS), followed by two years of study leading to the Diploma in General Pharmaceutical Sciences (DFGSP), for a total of 180 European credits corresponding to the bachelor’s degree level.
Objectives
The DFGSP is designed to provide students with a foundation of skills and knowledge in several fundamental areas of pharmaceutical sciences. This program aims to equip them with:
- the fundamentals of the exact and biological sciences that are essential for the study of pharmacy;
- specific knowledge in fields related to drugs and other health products;
- skills for the effective application of this knowledge in a professional setting;
- career guidance tools to explore and choose from the various careers offered by the pharmaceutical industry.
