The DEUST AGAPS football program prepares students for careers in coaching, entertainment, information, management, and sports, with a particular focus on soccer in associations and private organizations.
Objectives
This program trains professionals in the management and development of areas essential to soccer within a professional structure:
• Administrative development
• Structural development (accounting, administration, management)
• Optimization/development of technical resources (training, planning, programming).
Know-how and skills
The main subjects taught are in the areas of physical preparation, training, administration, management, accounting, and coaching of sports specialties in the service sector, particularly in terms of sports activities.

Admission
Admission requirements
- The DEUST is intended for holders of a high school diploma or equivalent, with a suitable profile, demonstrating involvement in sports, participation in activities, training, and initiation in sports, leisure, and tourism organizations. Possession of a BAFA (youth leader certificate) or AFPS (first aid certificate) is an asset.
- The DEUST is aimed at employees, craftsmen, professionals, job seekers, and people who have interrupted their studies for a year, who wish to complete their training and can demonstrate a level of professionalism in the sports sector (minimum 3 years).
Support is provided for adults in a permanent teaching workshop in order to increase their chances of success when returning to their studies.
Target audience
The DEUST AGAPS program trains professionals in the management and development of sectors that are essential to soccer within a professional structure:
- Administrative development
- Structural development (accounting, administration, management)
- Optimization/development of technical resources (training, planning, scheduling).
Mandatory prerequisites
Students are admitted to the first year of the DEUST program if they can demonstrate:
- high school diploma (or equivalent qualification)
- an enrollment authorization proposed by the CPE* or by the Professional Accreditation Committee. This authorization is issued by the Head of the Institution.
*The Teaching and Equivalency Committee (CPE) is responsible for proposing to the head of the institution exemptions from all or part of one or more teaching units comprising a degree for which the student is applying, and for validating academic achievements.
And after
Continuing education
Depending on DEUST results, students may continue their studies toward a Bachelor's degree in Sports Science (Sports Training or Adapted Physical Activities and Health) or a Professional Bachelor's degree.
Professional integration
The DEUST AGAPS football program prepares students for careers in coaching, leadership, training, management, and sports, with a particular focus on soccer in associations or private settings.
It also prepares students for careers in the sports and communications service sector. The program aims to train technicians capable of performing design, management, administrative, and financial management responsibilities within a private or non-profit organization. Finally, it provides the opportunity to take the local educator competitive examinations and obtain football educator diplomas.
The program prepares students for careers as coaches, administrators, and managers of team sports played on large fields in associations, federations, and/or local authorities.
