Objectives
The objective of this training is the understanding and acquisition of a theoretical and practical knowledge allowing the establishment of a diagnosis from the clinical examination, a prescription of acupuncture points, as well as the mastery of the treatment by acupuncture with its indications and contra-indications.
Know-how and skills
The Capacity of Medical Acupuncture is the only training recognized by the National Council of the Order of Physicians allowing the practice of acupuncture.
(This Capacity has replaced the DIU of acupuncture and thus becomes for the Council of the Order of Physicians an additional guarantee of competence)

Obtaining a registration authorization is essential.
Authorization to register issued by the person in charge of the course after submitting the application to the university secretariat.

Target audience
Holders of a medical degree, whether French or foreign (as long as this degree allows the practice in the country where it was obtained or in the country of origin of the candidate).
