Objectives
The objective of this training is to understand and acquire theoretical and practical knowledge enabling the establishment of a diagnosis based on clinical examination, the prescription of acupuncture points, and mastery of acupuncture treatment with its indications and contraindications.
Know-how and skills
The Medical Acupuncture Qualification is the only training program recognized by the French National Medical Council that allows practitioners to perform acupuncture.
(This qualification has replaced the DIU (inter-university diploma) in acupuncture and is therefore considered by the French Medical Council to be an additional guarantee of competence.)

Registration procedures
Obtaining registration authorization is essential.
Enrollment authorization issued by the academic advisor after submitting an application to the university registrar's office.

Target audience
Holders of a medical degree, whether French or foreign (provided that this degree allows the holder to practice in the country where it was obtained or in the candidate's country of origin).
