Presentation
The B.U.T. in Physical Measurements, Instrumentation Techniques track trains experts in the design and implementation of measurement and instrumentation chains.
Objectives
The Instrumentation Techniques program aims to certify versatile senior technicians who perform and interpret measurements. These measurements require a broad spectrum of knowledge in the fields of physics, chemistry, materials, electronics, and computer science, as well as skills focused on instrumentation (testing, trials, research and development, ...), industrial control, and metrology.
Know-how and skills
- Conduct a measurement campaign
- Implementing metrology and quality procedures
- Implement a measurement and instrumentation chain
- Characterize the physical and chemical properties of a material
- Define specifications for measures in an environmental approach
