Presentation
The B.U.T Mesures Physiques course in Materials and Physical-Chemical Controls makes graduates experts in materials characterization and physical-chemical control.
Objectives
The aim of the MCPC pathway is to certify multi-skilled senior technicians who carry out and operate measurements: these call on a broad spectrum of knowledge in the fields of physics, chemistry, materials, electronics and IT, as well as skills focused on instrumentation (tests, trials, research and development, etc.), industrial control and metrology.

Professional integration
Graduates of the B.U.T. in Physical Measurements, Materials and Physical-Chemical Control are employed by all companies in the secondary sector, as well as in development and research in the tertiary sector. The main industrial sectors are automotive, aeronautics, energy production, pharmaceuticals, agri-food, biomedical and chemicals. Its background makes it particularly well-suited to materials testing and control laboratories, as well as physico-chemical analysis laboratories.
