Presentation
The Talents preparatory classes are part of a national equal opportunity scheme run by the Direction Générale de l'Administration et de la Fonction Publique (DGAFP) of the Ministry responsible for the civil service. They are reserved for students with scholarships and job-seekers. Admission to a class is based on an examination of the student's file and an interview.

Objectives
This class prepares students for the IRA external entrance examinations.
Program
This Talents preparatory program includes courses, training for all the specific tests of these competitive entrance exams, professional conferences and oral preparation.

To apply, you need to meet a number of criteria, including financial means and merit. The Talents Prep program is open to students and the unemployed.
