The role of tutor requires skills. This training course can be adapted to your needs in terms of format (face-to-face and/or distance learning, small groups, sequencing) and the personalization of case studies based on your own experiences.
Objectives
To understand:
- The challenges of work-study programs
- The tutor's role
- The development of the apprentice in the company and at school
- The different stages of tutoring
- The transmission of knowledge, know-how and interpersonal skills

DAY 1: THE COMPANY TUTOR (9am-12:30pm)
-Ouverture: the challenges of work-study
Identify the challenges of work-study for each player
-Being a tutor
Positioning yourself in the tutor's role
Identify the levers for success in the tutor's mission
-Supporting the mentee
Co-constructing a path to success
Setting up effective communication
THE TUTOR AT THE TRAINING CENTER (1:30 - 5:00 pm)
-The different players and their roles
-The learner's issues and obligations
The obligation of attendance and assiduity
Commitments to the training center
The company's right of inspection
-Dialog between the tutor and the company, the apprentice and the educational tutor
The role and missions of the educational tutor
Meeting and discussion times
Conflict management in the tripartite relationship
DAY 2: EXPERIENCE SHARING AND EXCHANGE BETWEEN PAIRS (9am-12:30pm)
-Group workshop to share experiences (successes, difficulties, questions, etc.)
-Review of monitoring tools, their deployment and adaptation
-Focus on intermediate validation, feedback and traceability
DAY 3: FEEDBACK AND REVIEWS (9am-12:30pm)
-Cross-examination of tutors' experiences
-Focus on tutor assessment
-Collective and individual feedback
