The Benefits of the Training Program
Independent study is required: reviewing and updating knowledge online regarding the specific condition(s) and treatment options.
Objectives
- Provide additional training for practitioners so they can develop and implement a comprehensive treatment plan;
- Update their knowledge in the relevant discipline(s).
Organization
Knowledge Assessment
The qualifying exams must be completed by the end of the 3-month probationary period:
1 written exam, 1 interview, and 1 ongoing assessment of the work completed.
The Admission Exams will take place at the end of the 6-month clinical internship:
1 oral exam (20 minutes) and 1 ongoing assessment based on clinical case presentations.
Program
- The first three months, from October through December (probationary period), are devoted to refreshing the candidates’ knowledge. Clinical case studies or questions will be sent to them electronically. An eligibility exam will be held in January. Candidates who pass the Probationary Period and the qualifying exam will then complete a 6-month clinical internship from January through June in their chosen specialty or specialties. Candidates may enroll in up to 3 different specialties.

Hold a doctoral degree in dental surgery (French or European)
Admission is based on the applicant's application materials.
Target Audience
This degree is intended solely for practitioners with professional experience in dental surgery.
